This role built my foundation in operational technology deployment, vendor management, and compliance.
I then served as Business Systems Director for NutriDrip & Clean Market, where I architected and implemented the operational and technology infrastructure that powered the company's expansion into a multi-location IV therapy and MedSpa network. My work included enterprise scheduling, inventory management, medical documentation systems, and business intelligence reporting—ensuring the company could grow quickly without sacrificing quality or compliance.
Today, as a Senior Sales Engineer at Zenoti and independent consultant, I partner with MedSpa and wellness businesses to design and implement enterprise SaaS solutions tailored to their unique workflows. This included developing the initial business process frameworks, deploying custom systems to manage scheduling, inventory, and client records, and leading the adoption of Zenoti as the company's unified enterprise platform.
